My husband and I love Fordoun ! It was not our first visit and will definitely not be our last ! It never disappoints the room are tastefully decorated the heated floors sublime and the treatments were fabulous . We had a delicious dinner and equally substantial breakfast whilst overlooking the beautifully maintained gardens . Very tranquil and restorative ! Mention must be made of the restaurant manager who was wholly attentive and never missed a beat ! Another special touch is to have the owner introducing himself to the guests and chatting briefly - always a win as it makes guests feel at home ! We will be back ! Mike and Veronica Spark

Excellent.Every bit a 5 star experience

My husband and I spent the weekend at Fordoun and it was bliss! Beautiful, warm suites (much needed in the 8 degree Nottingham Road weather!), incredibly friendly, helpful staff, delicious food at Skye and delightful, relaxing treatments at the Spa. I can highly recommend Fordoun and will definitely be back!

We went to Fordoun for a night to celebrate our 11th Wedding Anniversary & it was fantastic. Lovely rooms, delicious food, friendly staff and a Gorgeous spa. We would certainly recommend a visit.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at Fordoun and it was truely amazing. She is a professional beauty therapist and had a full body hot stone massage. She claims this was the BEST ever. I relaxed and found everything and everyone just there to cater for your every need. Well done Fordoun. I recommend you to everyone i meet. We return every year for a piece of heaven
