Please note: No pets are permitted. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa. No loud noise or music is permitted. No parties or events are permitted. Two in-house staff members are permanently employed and stay on the premises close to the main house.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 56 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
