Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third bedroom offers a child-only bed suitable for 2. The first bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, and the remaining bedrooms share a second bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided for guests.; ; The well-appointed kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery, crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, a breakfast bar with stools, and a dining table. The living room provides comfortable seating and a TV with streaming services, with Wi-Fi access available throughout.; ; Guests can enjoy partial ocean views from the balcony, which is furnished with outdoor furniture. Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

No pets allowed.
No outside visitors are allowed; only paying guests are allowed on the property.
Smoking is allowed on balconies/patios only.
A cleaning fee will be charged.
A breakage fee applies for all apartments if anything is found damaged upon check-out.
Neighbours are to be respected at all times otherwise guests will be liable for a fine and will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Quiet hours are observed between 21h00 to 08h30.

If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
