There are four bedrooms; one has a King-size bed, two have Queen-size beds and the other has a twin beds which can be converted to a King-size bed. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom; three of the bathroom have both a bath and shower and one has a bath only. The house has a lounge, open plan kitchen and dining area as well as a sheltered patio with braai facilities. The kitchen has a gas hob with electric oven and there is a fireplace. A TV room, with DStv is located upstairs. Parking is provided in a lockable garage and off street parking is also available.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
