Glen Beach Bungalow and Penthouse

Glen Beach Bungalow is a combination of both the Penthouse and the Main House. Joined with an internal stair case. This luxury beach villa is situated in Camps Bay directly on Glen Beach. Glen Beach Bungalow is inclusive of the Main House and a Penthouse and can sleep a maximum of 12 people. The Penthouse can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom features 2 single beds and a wall-mounted TV, as well as an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine and tumble-dryer as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge is equipped with a comfy couch and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is also provided. The unit opens up onto a deck area with outdoor furniture where guests are met with stunning views of the mountains and sea. There is also a private swimming pool and a gas braai for guests to enjoy. The Main House can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each consists of a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. The fourth bedroom also features a queen-size bed and the separate bathroom contains a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and cutlery and crockery. There is also a washing machine and tumble-dryer as well as a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while the lounge is equipped with a comfy lounge suite and a built-in fireplace. There is also a flat-screen TV with access to selected DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is also provided. The lounge opens up onto a lovely deck with outdoor furniture and a private swimming pool while guests are met with stunning views of the sea. There is also a gas-braai available.
