How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 4 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the booking total.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the booking total.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the booking total.
