How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
A total cancellation or substantial reduction in numbers will result in cancellation fees being levied/charged as follows:
The Hotel reserves the right to charge full price if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival or a percentage thereof as follows:
a. 30% cancellation fee, of the booked revenue, will be charged if cancelled 45 days to 30 days prior to the arrival date held
b. 50% cancellation fee, of the booked revenue, will be charged if cancelled 30 days to 14days prior to the arrival date held.
c. 100% cancellation fee, of the booked revenue, will be charged if cancelled less than 14 days prior to the arrival date held.
d. Should the booking be made less than 7 days prior to arrival, full prepayment will be required which will be non-refundable.
