Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Up to 21 days prior to arrival: 30% of total booking value will be charged.
Up to 7 days prior to arrival: 60% of total booking value will be charged.
Up to 3 days prior to arrival: 80% of total booking value will be charged.
Less than 3 days prior to arrival/no-show: 100% of total booking value will be charged.
All deposits returned will be forwarded to the individual / organisation that paid it. All cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee. Rates are subject to change without prior notification.
