Heron Villa @ Barton is a self catering holiday home in Botrivier sleeping eight guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The fourth bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. All linen provided including bath towels. Heron has an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining area with log fire, TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. The Villa is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer for convenience. Downstairs is a “games area” with glass doors leading to the private outdoor swimming pool. It is equipped with a pool table, table tennis and dart board. The outdoor entertainment area consists of a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi and braai facilities.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 75% of the deposit.
If cancelling 28 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
