Highgrove Cottage is a 92sqm semi-detached house located in a quiet gated community close to Blue Route Mall. Highgrove Cottage sleeps six guests in three rooms. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The first room has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other two rooms each have a Queen-size bed and make use of s separate bathroom with a bath and a shower. All bedrooms offer a lot of storage space in built-in cupboards. The lounge in open-plan and consists of a corner couch and a TV with DStv. The fully fitted kitchen has brand new appliances including a stove, oven, fridge / freezer with cold water dispenser, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery cutlery etc. and a breakfast bar with bar stools where you can sit and enjoy your meals. There is a guest toilet downstairs. The living area has french doors leading onto a terrace covered by a pergola and surrounded by a small garden. Outside there is a table and chairs and a weber braai. Parking in the estate next to the cottage. There is a reception / front gate manned by security service personnel. Electric fencing all around the property.
