The villa sleeps six guests in three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second and third rooms each have a Queen-size bed and make use of a large family bathroom. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The spacious living area has comfortable seating, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living area there are doors leading out to the patio. Outside on the covered veranda there is patio furniture and braai facilities, ideal for relaxing in the evening with some local wines and dining outside.

Cancellation policy
• 3+ months prior to scheduled arrival – full refund of deposit
• 1 - 3 months prior to scheduled arrival – 50% of deposit will be refunded (unless a replacement booking is found in which case a full refund costs will be paid)
• 1 month or less prior to scheduled arrival – there will be no refund (unless a replacement booking is found)
• All refunds will be net of bank and /or credit card fees incurred
