Hutchinson Villa

Hutchinson Villa is a self catering holiday home in Camps Bay sleeping nine guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom is furnished with a single bed. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and basin. The fourth room is furnished with a King-size bed, has access to the balcony and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, double vanity and toilet. The separate flatlet with direct garden access has its own entrance and is furnished with a King-size bed a kitchenette and a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The modern kitchen has a double fridge to fit all of your cravings, a built-in microwave and oven, and a gas stove to capture that perfect cooking temperature. Lots of wooden counter space to spread a feast, with bright LED lights shining down on your awesome chef skills and an easy wash up with a dishwasher available right there. The living area has an L shape four-seater couch and two sapphire suede ottomans facing a large Smart TV built into the wall, which is also DSTV connected. The lounge also includes another private area with a built-in gas fireplace if you're looking for romance. There is a dining area that leads into a beautiful Jacuzzi and sauna room where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the view. Going out into the terrace, you'll find an outdoor pool and gas barbeque with the view of our gorgeous mountain on the left, and be completely taken aback by the exquisite full ocean view. The villa comes with a standard gym and mirrored wall that includes a treadmill, weightlifting machine, skipping ropes, yoga mat and loose weights. Your vehicles are completely safe on the paved parking and in the double garage.
