The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and furnished with Queen-size beds. All have an en-suite bathroom, two fitted with a shower, toilet and basin and one fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. Rooms are fitted with heaters and electric blankets for the cooler winter months. There is a modern living area with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The kitchen is furnished with a dining table and benches to enjoy meals at together. The comfortably furnished lounge is kept cosy by a wood burning fireplace and has a TV with full DStv. The lounge opens to a spacious, furnished veranda which looks out over the garden. Braai facilities are also provided, as is secure, undercover parking.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
