Rates displayed above are only a guide. Rates vary depending on number of guests, meals included (basis), season and length of stay and will be confirmed by Imbali Lakes 4 on receipt of your quote request.

Rates shown are based on two (2) persons sharing the room/unit per night. Hover over the rate to view alternate occupancies.

Rates are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Subject to change without notice.

A refundable breakage deposit of 15% or one night’s accommodation (whichever is greater) is added to the invoice to cover any charges that may occur while in residence. All fines MUST be paid on exit to avoid a 10% admin fee being charged.

Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
• A cancellation fee of 15% of the gross rental amount will be levied if the booking is cancelled more than 6 (six) weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount will be levied if the booking is cancelled between 4 (four) to 6 (six) weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date.
• A cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental amount will be levied if the booking is cancelled less than four weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date.
• Partial refunds may apply, depending on the ability to re-let the property for the applicable period at a similar rate.
• Rental is due for the entire period booked. No refunds will be permitted for early departures, delays in arrival or failure to arrive, or for any reason whatsoever.
• No house substitutions will be accepted after payment has been made and owners have been paid to secure the booking.
• In the event of force majeure, such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or act of God; acts of terrorism; war; government act or orders; epidemics; pandemics or communicable disease; national or regional emergencies that are beyond either party’s reasonable control, the contract will be suspended for the entire period during which the force majeure occurrence continues. Guests will be able to postpone their booking for a similar, future period, during a similar season without any penalties and up to a 6 month period thereafter. Should a guest decide to rather cancel their booking, cancellation fees as per above will apply.
