Indigo Bay 24 can sleep up to eight guests and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main and second bedrooms are furnished with a Queen-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds. The main en-suite and the shared bathroom are fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The comfortable lounge area has a flat screen TV with satellite channels and leads onto a covered patio with outdoor furniture. The Indigo Bay complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai area, as well as secure onsite parking.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding in the unit.
The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
