Pertinent Policies
Travelling with children?
Children under age of 12 welcome however Jordan Wine Estate is a working wine estate and does not cater for children specifically. A cot and highchair can be provided on request. The Jordan restaurant accommodates children under the age of 12 however the booking will be made for a separate area in the restaurant.
How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation fee applies to the full value of the booking:
If cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation fee
If cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival 50% cancellation fee
If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival or no show 100% of cancellation fee
The following cancellation guidelines apply to group bookings:
If you have booked for 3 or more suites and cancel within 30 days of arrival, you will
be liable for 50% of the cost.
If cancellation takes place within 7 days of arrival, 100%
For 3 to 12 suites if cancelled within seven days prior to arrival or no show, will be
subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
