Jozini, a small town in North Eastern KwaZulu Natal on the main route to Mozambique, is synonymous with the dam of the same name - the Jozini or Pongolapoort Dam. Jozini Tiger Lodge is approximately 327km North of Durban. Travel on the N2 from Durban past the Empangeni turn off. (152km from Durban). Travel a further 15km, past the Richards Bay turnoff (167km from Durban) and thereafter a further 83km, past the Hluhluwe turnoff (250km from Durban). Travel a further 48km, past the Mkuze turnoff (298km from Durban) and travel a further 10km. Turn off the N2 at the Jozini turnoff and travel 18.2 km up the mountain pass. The entrance to Jozini Tiger lodge will be on your left, opposite the South African Police Services.
