The Cederberg Wilderness Area lies some 200 km north of Cape Town. This vast area stretches from the Middelberg Pass at Citrusdal to north of the Pakhuis Pass at Clanwilliam, encompassing some 71 000 ha of rugged, mountainous terrain. Take the N1 North. At Worcester turn off to Ceres. In Ceres follow the directions to PA Hamlet and Citrusdal. After passing through PA Hamlet and Gydo pass, turn right at 'Kagga Kamma' sign just after the small town called 'Op-die-Berg'. Turn right at the next 'Kagga Kamma' sign after about 18km. From here it is gravel road. Turn left at 'Kagga Kamma' sign after 19km. You will arrive at the entrance gate of Kagga Kamma after 15km.
