Kalimera Beach House has four lovely bedrooms with private bathrooms. Three of the rooms are furnished with extra-length King-size beds that can convert to twin beds. The main bathroom features a bath and a shower, while the other three bathrooms each have a shower. The fourth room is located in a standalone cottage. The unit is furnished with a single bed, a private bathroom and a kitchenette. 100% White cotton towels and linen are provided as well as Charlotte Rhys amenities in each bathroom. The spacious family kitchen is equipped with modern electrical appliances, high-quality cutlery and crockery, Le Creuset cookware and a Seaco bean-to-cup coffee machine. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided for convenience. Guests can relax in the large family lounge with couches, TV with DStv, Wi-Fi and a 180-degree view of the harbour, beach and the ocean. A second dining and lounge area includes a built-in combustion fireplace and walks out onto another outdoor area with an exterior barbecue area with endless views. Solar panels and inverters ensure no electrical outages. The full perimeter of the property is secured by an electrical fence with 24-hour armed response, and the alarm system in the house can be armed for the downstairs areas independently, as all bedrooms are on the upper floor.
