Kapokbossie is a unique and upmarket house providing self catering accommodation for four adults and two children. The beach is just 50m away and the cottage has lovely views from the patio. The house has two en-suite bedrooms as well as a small loft area which is perfect for two children. The bedrooms are furnished with one extra length King-size bed and one Queen-size bed. One bathroom has a shower only and the other has both a bath and shower. The living and dining area is open plan and includes an indoor braai / fireplace as well as a pizza oven. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer and has a large hearth for chilly winter evenings. There is a private, walled garden, patio and outside braai area. A garage and off street parking are provided.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 15 days before arrival, forfeit 80% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 30% of the deposit.
If cancelling 31 days before arrival, forfeit 15% of the deposit.
