Kerneelia Cottage has one bedroom furnished with a King-size bed that can convert to two single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. An extra toilet is available outside the cottage. A three-quarter sleeper couch is available in the living area for a third guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, fridge-freezer, tea and coffee facilities, and cutlery and crockery are provided. Fresh milk and farm butter are provided in the fridge and rusks are available in the pantry. The kitchen opens onto an undercover back patio with a built-in braai area and dining area. Instead of a swimming pool, guests can take a dip in the large wine barrel on the front patio, overlooking a fire pit a short distance from the house. This is a perfect spot on windless evenings and an excellent vantage point for stargazing. Guests are welcome to make use of the swimming pool at the main farmhouse which is a short walk away. Hot water is provided by a wood-fired hot water donkey. The cottage is completely off the grid, utilizing, solar, gas and wood for energy.

If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
