The apartment overall was neat, clean and modern, and well equipped. However the blinds in the master bedroom were not working which meant our privacy both in the shower and in the master bedroom was compromised. The kitchen tap is held together with a piece of string. The grass was overgrown. The patio was stained with old blood and food stains. The property manager did not meet us at the property as was communicated. She was not helpful when an error in the communication from SA Venues was discovered (ie, the need for IDs.)
