The house comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features three bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms. The main bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. The dining area provides seating for six people, while the lounge offers a comfortable suite, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Free Wi-Fi access is also available. For convenience during load shedding, there is a gas hob, light bulbs, and a backup battery for Wi-Fi. The property provides undercover parking for two cars.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
