Kleinkrantz Beach Cottage has a lower level with a double automated garage which has direct access to the house. Upstairs, the living area is open-plan. The lounge has an indoor wood-burning fireplace, comfortable couches, wall mounted smart TV as well as a sea-facing reading nook. The kitchen is fully equipped for a self-catering stay with gas stove top, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge/freezer plus bar counter with dining chairs. There is a light filled bedroom furnished with a Queen-size bed. The adjacent bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Enjoy sea views from the lounge and bedroom, both with large stack sliding doors opening onto the balcony, a great vantage point from which to spot dolphins and whales. The balcony has a portable braai and seating arrangements. This home has a security alarm and there is a washing machine in the garage. The large garden is fully enclosed and therefore pet friendly by arrangement. Kleinkrantz is a pet-friendly beach.

Excluded / Extra

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

There is a gas stove top and rechargeable lights. Geyser runs off gas as well.

Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1000 management fee and R 1500 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.

Pets are allowed on the property upon prior request only, subject to owner confirmation. Pet policy applies.

Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.

A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time. Housekeeping service is not included.

Travelling with children?
The cottage sleeps two adults and is not suitable for children.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Excluding the 50% non-refundable deposit, you will be refunded any additional payments made if you cancel 60 - 30 days prior to arrival.
You will waive 100% of payments made if you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival.
