Lying on the Zwartkops River just 38 kilometres north west of Port Elizabeth, Uitenhage is also known as the Garden Town for its gorgeous position in the foothills of the Winterhoek Mountains, its many rambling parks and a climate that allows gardens to flourish with little input. Take the R75 to graaf-reinet . Set odometer as you pass the "Uitenhage North" exit, at 11.8 km turn left onto the "Cockscomb" road. Follow this gravel road for 22km before turning left at the "Kleinrivier" sign. Follow the farm road for 5km through 6 gates to Kleinrivier.
