Please note that your roads are sandy so the guest should ensure that they have a suitable vehicle to reach Kosi Moon. Suitable vehicles include 4x4, all wheel drive with reasonable clearance. 2x4 SUV or bakkies/pickups. At most times a sedan vehicle can also reach Kosi Moon, there are times when this is difficult so please check with the owner

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations are to be advised in writing. If written notice is received more than one calendar month in advance = 50% of Deposit will be forfeit, unless we are able to fill the vacant room/s, in which case only R100 admin fee will be retained. If received between one calendar month & eight days prior to arrival = 100% of Deposit will be forfeit, unless we are able to fill the vacant room/s, in which case only R100 admin fee will be retained. If received seven days or less prior to arrival = 100% of the Total Amount Due will be payable/forfeit, unless we are able to fill the vacant room/s, in which case only R100 admin fee will be retained.
