Our cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to arrival, as follows:
• Non-arrival or Premature departure : 100 % of total accommodation
• 00 to 07 days prior to arrival : 100 % of total accommodation
• 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival : 75 % of total accommodation
• 14 days 21 days prior to arrival : 50 % of total accommodation
• 21 days to 30 days prior to arrival : 25 % of total accommodation
