The location is quite beautiful and boasts a nice green scenery. The staff is really friendly and always happy to assist in making one's stay as comfortable as can be. The game reserves is home to the big 5, we got to see the giraffe, rhino, zebra, Springbok amongst other beautiful animals I do think that they need to add bar fridges and microwave in all the chalets, especially because the place is self catering although they do have a restaurant and bar. If not at least specify on the website which chalets don't have a fridge and microwave so that guests know when they're booking. Otherwise we really enjoyed ourselves

The rooms were clean Friendly staff always willing to help Food was great!! Excellent game reserve guide lady could not see even 1 of the big 5 and we went on two time slots thinking we might be lucky secont time but nothing, that was disappointing however good stay.
