La Casa Compartida

La Casa Compartida is air conditioned. There are two bedrooms upstairs. Bedroom one has a Queen-size bed, a large private balcony, and a bathroom with shower and a bath. Bedroom two has two three quarter beds, a small private balcony, and a bathroom with a shower. There are two bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom one has an extra-length Queen-size bed. This bedroom leads out onto the swimming pool and garden, and has a bathroom with shower and a bath. Bedroom two has two three quarter beds. This bedroom also leads out onto the swimming pool and has a bathroom with a shower. There is an additional guest toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge / freezer, an additional bar fridge, microwave, dishwasher, AEG stove and hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and ice-making machine. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything either the casual, or gourmet, cook will require. There is a large open plan lounge / dining room / kitchen, all leading out on to the large undercover patio, outside dining, pool area and garden. Guests can also enjoy the additional TV lounge upstairs. The large undercover patio is furnished with comfortable sofas, and outdoor dining for twelve people. Outside built in barbecue, additional Weber barbecue, swimming pool and garden all add to the comfort and enjoyment for guests. A double garage is available with additional off-street parking for four extra cars.
