La Crete Sands 11 consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a Queen-size bed. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped for self catering and contains a fridge, microwave, oven with a stove as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The air conditioned adjacent living area has a dining table with seating, comfortable lounge furniture and a TV. The living area opens onto the patio, which has a braai area and beautiful sea views.

The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
