La Crete Sands 12 can accommodate six guests and is comprised of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. These two rooms make use of a bathroom fitted with a bath and shower over the bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, an oven with a stove and a washing machine. There is also a tumble dryer for your convenience. The living area is furnished with a dining table and comfortable seating as well as a ceiling fan and a TV with full DStv channels. The living area opens via a sliding door onto the patio, which has a charcoal braai and sea views. The unit has a dedicated garage and a carport for a second vehicle. The complex also features a communal swimming pool.

The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
