This apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is appointed with a queen-size bed and boasts an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. The second bedroom includes a double bed, while the third offers two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a bath.; ; The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a two-plate gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, and dishwasher. Additional conveniences such as a washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided.; ; The living area, adjacent to the kitchen, features a six-seater dining table, a comfortable lounge with a ceiling fan, and a television with full DStv access. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. A sliding door in the living area leads to the balcony, complete with braai facilities.; ; A feature of the property is its inverter system with backup batteries, ensuring uninterrupted Wi-Fi access during power outages. Guests can enjoy the complex's communal swimming pool and benefit from secure on-site parking.

We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding in the unit.
The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
