La Crete Sands 6 can accommodate six guests and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a shower / bath combo, a toilet and basin. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen complete with a fridge, microwave, oven / stove and a washing machine. There is also a tumble dryer for your convenience. The adjacent living area is open plan and furnished with a dining table, comfortable couches, TV with full DStv and a ceiling fan. The living area opens via a sliding door to a patio, where guests can make use of the charcoal braai and enjoy the sea views. The unit has a garage and car port. There is a communal swimming pool in the complex.

Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding in the unit.
The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
