La Crete Sands 7 boasts beautiful sea views and consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom, which is air conditioned, is furnished with an extra-length Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second and third bedrooms are both furnished with two single beds and share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The well-equipped kitchen, which is adjacent to the living area, contains a fridge, a microwave, an oven / stove and a washing machine. There is also a tumble dryer. The open plan living area is comfortably furnished and opens via a sliding door to a spacious patio with braai facilities. Full DStv is provided. There are two dedicated garages for this unit. The complex also features a communal swimming pool.

The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
