The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. These rooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The open plan living area is spacious and comfortably furnished. DStv is provided for your entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and contains a fridge, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery and glassware. The living area opens via sliding doors to a patio with a built in braai. The complex boasts a communal garden, a communal swimming pool, braai facilities, a clubhouse, a tennis court and secure undercover parking for cars.

The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for.
No day visitors are allowed.
No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day.
The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older.
Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
