The parking is a disaster. You cannot have 6 parking spaces for 24 rooms. In the morning you have to ask people to move their vehicles in order for you to get out in time for your appointments. The room was dirty, the floor and bedding and the dustbins was not cleaned out. The toilet was leaking, and the wash basin was blocked. There was only one hanger for the clothes in the closet. Of the 4 mornings I had breakfast, there were only one morning when there was somebody to do the eggs. When the porridge containers were empty, it was not refilled. There were no towels in the unit, and I had to eventually fetch them myself at the end of the day. Definitely not 4-star quality and too expensive for poor service. I will never stay there again.

I was received courteously and shown to my room. room nice and clean. The lady went out of her way to get me a place where I could order my supper. Breakfast was okay even though the lady who was providing it was overwhelmed and very busy attending to checkouts and other duties by herself .
