Langebaan Birds Nest Holiday Home is nestled in the prestigious Myburgh Park neighborhood of Langebaan. This charming retreat offers three elegantly appointed bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room, and a tastefully furnished living area. A private patio, complete with outdoor furniture, braai facilities, and a wood-fired hot tub, enhances the outdoor experience. Accommodating up to six guests, each bedroom features a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Quality linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. The open-plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, along with ample cutlery and crockery. A scullery offers additional conveniences such as a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy lounge area with comfortable seating and a wall-mounted TV adjoins a spacious dining area with a seven-seater table. A separate entertainment area, featuring a Hydrofire combustion fireplace, provides a relaxing view of the inviting swimming pool. Outdoors, guests can unwind in the private wood-fired hot tub and enjoy al fresco dining at the braai area, blending comfort with outdoor enjoyment. The property also boasts a large heated swimming pool and is pet-friendly by arrangement. Ample parking is available for up to six vehicles, including space in the double garage, in front of the property, and along the gated side area.

We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
* The Langebaan Lagoon Villa will not have access to the swimming pool unless booked out together with The Birds Nest.
* The swimming pool has no fence and cannot be covered. Therefore, children and non-swimmers need to be supervised at all times.
* Bath towels supplied - guests are to bring their own beach/swimming towels.
* We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the units. Smoking is allowed on the patio.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
