Langebaan Positive Vibrations Lagoon Villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds, Smart TVs, and en-suite bathrooms featuring showers, washbasins, and toilets. All essential linen and bath towels are provided, while guests are kindly asked to bring their own beach towels. The villa's open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen complete with a stove, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer, along with ample cutlery and crockery. A washing machine adds convenience for guests' use. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy lounge area adorned with a comfortable couch and a wall-mounted TV, complemented by a spacious 6-seater dining table. Outside, guests can relax in the private wood-fired hot tub and enjoy meals at the braai area furnished with outdoor furniture, ensuring a seamless blend of indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation.

We reserve the right to not refund bank costs upon cancellation for credit card bookings, as the bank does not credit initial deduction costs.
The Langebaan Lagoon Villa will not have access to the swimming pool unless booked out together with The Birds Nest.
The swimming pool has no fence and cannot be covered. Therefore, children and non-swimmers need to be supervised at all times.
Bath towels supplied - guests are to bring their beach/swimming towels.
We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the units. Smoking is allowed on the patio.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
