How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation 28+ days before arrival date - 100% refunded.
Cancellation 14 - 27 days before arrival date - 50% refunded.
Cancellation 7 - 13 days before arrival date - 25% refunded.
Cancellation 0 - 6 days before arrival date - no refund.
