Our stay was excellent, bedroom very comfortable and spacious, grounds neat and enjoyed watching the Whistling ducks on the dam. Breakfast was outstanding. Thoroughly recommend La Riviera!! Tom and Bridget.

I highly recommend this guesthouse. I booked 2 rooms and both were beautiful, spotless, cool and peaceful - just what we needed as a break inbetween travelling. Great small touches too. The linen was beautiful and the staff very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was fantastic too. I will return sometime!

What a fabulous surprise. Our room was absolutely beautiful and luxurious. Twin beds made up as one with the finest quality king size linen - the ultimate sleep. Breakfast was well prepared, tasty with a good variety - no grease! I loved the on-site shop - gorgeous merchandise. Quite simply a great place to stay and good value too.

I have stayed at La Riviera more than once during 2012 and every time the quality of service, luxury, cleanliness and hospitality was the same. The surrounds are both safe and tranquil. Annette and her team are truly dedicated and the whole establishment is kept in immaculate condition. Be sure to visit her on-site shop! The first time I visited the shop we just found out that I was pregnant and I bought the most beautiful bag for our baby. I will always use it with fond memories of this lovely place to stay! A must for any discerning traveler.

( Allow extra time to explore outside in the tranquil surroundings of the perfectly kept outdoors ) The interior decor is like stepping into an exquisite French magazine - with attention to every little detail! We cannot wait to return in March this year for this splendid, perfectly devine escape into another world! We have not stopped talking about this amazing discovery we made almost in the middle of nowhere!
