Heron is a spacious upper-level studio with a stylish open-plan layout and lots of natural light. The unit sleeps three and is furnished with one double bed and one single. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The studio is equipped with full DStv, Wi-Fi, microwave, toaster, mini-fridge and kettle. The private balcony overlooks our rose garden and catch-and-release dam. Both are set against the iconic backdrop of Paarl Rock.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
A 25% cancellation fee might apply if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
A 50% cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
A 100% cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
Groups:
A 10% cancellation fee will apply to all group reservations cancelled.
Peak season (21 Dec – 10 Jan):
A 50% cancellation fee is payable if a group reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
A 100% cancellation fee is payable if group reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
