On arrival we were a little disappointed as the farm is rather run down (old signage, dilapidated gate and buildings etc.). The cabin itself was lovely with beautiful views (despite the close proximity to the main road). The unit was clean and the bedding and towels clean and fresh. Some maintenance is definitely required though and an alternative to the shower over the bath is needed as it was impossible to get a consistent temperature if you used the shower part. We met the friendly staff shortly after arrival. They cleaned the unit and delivered wood each day whilst we were out exploring Clarens. Overall a pleasant stay.
