Renette and I would like to extend our deepest thanks and appreciation for the way that you have received us. I had some serious concerns when you informed me that you are not handicap certified. I must say that I was deeply impressed by the way that both yourself and the staff have gone beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were made comfortable and no effort was too much to make us feel at home. Setting up a table closer to our chalet and giving us that intimacy and privacy really made the weekend a very special one. Thank you so much to all of you. You are an awesome team. P.S. Both of your rangers are awesome and knowledgeable. My son is also a ranger and it was a very positive experience for both Renette and me to spend time with them as well.
