How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival: No fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival: 25% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled up to 6 - 10 days before date of arrival: 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If cancelled later than 5 nights before or in case of no show: The total price of the reservation will be charged.
All refunds will carry a 10% admin charge.
