How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
There is an automatic 20% non-refundable and non-transferable fee applicable to all reservations.
Should a reservation cancel between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival, there will be a 25% cancellation fee applicable to the total value of the reservation.
Should a reservation cancel 30 days and less prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fees will apply.
