After travelling through both South-Africa and Botswana for 3 weeks there was nothing better than to relax the final 2 days at Lion's Rock Rapids. We especially loved to cool down in the pool, and the rooms were of a nice size aswell.

We had a lovely weekend Lions Rock Rapids Lodge. Our host took good care of us. The room, was out of this world. The pictures on the site, don't do justice. The private pool, the jacuzzi, the breakfast... The list is endless. Staff was super friendly, from late check-in to organizing the spa for us. We really had an awesome time and will recommend it to our family and friends.... We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful hidden gem!!!

Great stay at lions rock, service was excellent, the breakfasts at the river was èxceptional.

We enjoyed the breakfast area eating whilst listening to the sound of birds and the sound of a flowing river was so good and the food was delicious. The rooms were spacious it's just that we were not given the room we paid for when we asked we were told it was taken by others but it's the one we paid for. Overall had a nice experience.

Thank you for the most beautiful holiday. The accommodation is impeccable, service is outstanding, breakfasts are excellent, the view is incredible, and ideally located to all the surrounding activites. This was a really really great experience.

The chalets are in tip top condition with the most beautiful views. The river is a must see for anyone who visits lions rock. Thank you for the golf cart and the fact that you were prepared to borrow us your quad bikes. The lodge is situated in a beautiful surrounding, overlooking the mountains, with a beautiful river at the foot of the mountain. Big up to Sherry and her family, your hospitality was amazing and you guys have the heart for hosting. Most of all you made us feel at home. We had fun despite of the weather conditions. The place is refreshing and it is to die for. I will recommend it to anybody who wants to come to Mpumalanga. The food was out of this world. (PS HOME MADE BREAD)

For the first time in over 4 years I took leave from workd and travelled alone to what would become the best thing i'd done for myself in years! I had thee most glorious time with views that soothes the senses and make you feel you've travelled to an entirely different universe. The staff was amazingly friendly and the hosts simply devine. Many an hour was spent simply staring into space and absorbing the views and committing everything to memory. Good memories indeed!

It's a pleasent place to stay, the view is very nice. hope to return
