As for stocking up on food and supplies, we have a conveniently situated “Quick Shop” at our resort entrance.Dogs only, Maximum number of pets per unit: 2. Size restrictions: Dogs under 15kg's – Small to medium size dogs only. This is a per day charge of R100.00 per animal per day.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation of a reservation, a minimum of 7 days (Out of Season) and 14 days (In Season) written notification and confirmation of receipt is required. Should the booking not be timeously cancelled, any deposit already paid will be forfeit. All refunds are subject to a minimum 10% cancellation fee.
In Season: Bookings secured by credit card which are cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, a charge equal to 50% of the Reservation value will be levied. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival, a charge equal to 100% of the Reservation value will be levied. We reserve the right to charge 100% cancellation fee for a cancellation of less than 72 hours, or for non arrivals.
Out of Season: Bookings secured by credit card which are not timeously cancelled, a charge equal to 50% of the Reservation value will be levied. We reserve the right to charge 100% cancellation fee for a cancellation of less than 72 hours, or for non arrivals.
A cancellation fee of 2 day minimum will be charged for departure before scheduled date (Early Check out).
Reservations made for the period 21 December to 4 January, booked prior to 30 November will be charged 100% cancellation fee if cancelled after 30 November.
Cancellation of reservations made for the period 21 December to 4 January, will be charged 100% cancellation fee if cancelled, unless the Resort is able to re-let same.
