Loader Street Studio 5 is a self catering holiday apartment in De Waterkant. Up the modernised staircase which houses the washing machine and dryer, you will find the guest bathroom and the bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen leading into the dining area and open plan lounge. The living space opens onto a quaint balcony where you can enjoy Sunday brunch on those warm Cape Town summer days.
