This weekend was absolutely FANTASTIC!! My shares with the wife are at an all-time record high! The special treat on Friday dinner was awesome and the boma braai on Saturday was really 1st class. Although we are veteran lodge and game drivers, our ranger (Boris) was special and went to great length to get us and the overseas guests to get good sightings. Our room was really awesome, and everything was a real 5-star experience! Thank you for a lovely weekend away!

I recently spent a few days at Lush and I wanted to again convey my thoughts on the exceptional caliber of staff employed there. Every team member puts their heart and soul into what they do every day all day which is quite rare and highly appreciated. Thank you again to everyone from the reception and service staff to the ladies at the spa and of course the guide Hannes.

Lush is life (in my daughter’s voice). Mama Gloria and the team gave us red carpet welcome and since then we were treated like royalties until we left, we were home away from home. The staff’s attention to details is phenomenal, everything was taken care from beginning to the end. Cole, our safari guide knew his story about animals but most importantly took it into consideration our children, who we were laughing all the way. During safari we had an amazing experience with elephant passing just right next to our vehicle , for the moment we all couldn’t breathe! An experience that we cannot trade for anything. What will a safari be without sundowner drinks in a beautiful game reserve? Wow this was a show stopper! Rooms are spacious with quality furnishers and all amenities , private plunge pool and most importantly hot water bottle at bedtime that we all loved and appreciated. Our deluxe room with heated plunge pool… thank you! My children had opportunity to swim in the middle of winter that was best birthday present ever. Wow, how can I forget our dining experience in the wine cellar? Set up, food , company and children’s cake surprise wow no words just a grateful humble heart. Our stay at Lush Private Lodge was perfect. Thank you to everyone who made it possible.
