Masescha Sunbird Cottage a light, bright, modern style brick cottage. Nestled in a private enclosed furnished patio garden which lends itself as a Pet Friendly option. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed, wardrobe and drawers with a hairdryer and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is an additional single bed in the living area. The lounge and dining area has a flat screen DSTV and book selection. Adjacent to the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven and 4 burner gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, toasted sandwich maker, iron/ironing board etc and there is a safety deposit box. Outside there is a patio with a brick built braai (barbecue) facility where Sunbirds and Cape White Eyes can often be seen in the overhanging Bottle Brush Tree. Sunbird overlooks the communal swimming pool and is accessed on the right-hand side as you enter the property with a parking space close by.
